This painting is a tribute to all the ancient masters who safeguard traditional Amazonian medicine and all the apprentices and students from all over the world who come to South America with the desire to serve and learn from sacred Amazonian plants.

The Amazonian elders say that to learn, there is no age, color or origin; the most important thing is humility and the great desire to serve from the heart.

When all this is put to use; the different guardians of the plant world come to accompany you and support your work. Snakes from other worlds.. Water, earth, air and fire all accompany you as well.

Jaguars sing along with you, cheerful hummingbirds accompany the ancestral spirit doctors. The temples and celestial schools are open to all those onanya who wish to walk in the path of Light.

Onanya = quiere decir: “médicos antiguos” en la lengua shipibo conibo.

Esta pintura es un homenaje a todos los maestros antiguos curanderos que salvaguardan la medicina tradicional amazónica y a todos los aprendices, estudiantes de todos lados del mundo que llegan a Sudamérica con el deseo de servir y aprender de las sagradas plantas amazónicas.

Los abuelos Amazónicos dicen que para aprender, no hay edad, color ni procedencia; lo más importante es la humildad y el gran deseo de servir desde el corazón.

Cuando todo esto es puesto al servicio; los diferentes guardianes del mundo vegetal llegan a acompañarte y apoyar tu servicio. Serpientes de los diferentes mundos: Agua, tierra, aire y fuego te acompañan.

Jaguares cantan junto contigo, colibríes acompañan el tejido alegre de los médicos ancestrales. Los templos y escuelas celestiales se abren para todo aquel onanya que desee caminar en el camino de la Luz.
